U14 Girls V Loganholme

Loganholme has been a very close fight through the 2 games that we have played against them. They won the first encounter during a practice match and we won the second, a grading game, by the same score.

This week we still couldn't be separated after a 2 all draw. With a couple of key players missing I was expecting a tough fight but to their credit, the girls - especially the new girls - fought hard and were 2-0 up just after half time. The first goal was an own goal forced by some great attacking from Britnee and the second was a great strike from Michelle.

Unfortunately, we could hang on and again conceded a couple of scrambling goals for it to end up a draw.
