Oxley United 2 Western Spirit 4-Brilliant,Outstanding,Superd,Amazing,Fantastic, these are some of the superlatives used in the game at the weekend,the boys upped there level of play and came away with a great result, 2 minutes after kick off and we were 1-0 up, a great move and a finish we have came to expect from Mitchell Brooks,Oxley came back at us after that and a controversial penalty to them made it 1-1,then straight from the kick off Oxley got the ball back came forward and scored their second,fair play to our lads,they kept their heads up and then the magic started,we got our equaliser just before half time another brilliant move and a great finish from Riley Mellor and we went in at half time well on top,a chat to the boy's at half time got them going for the second half,we absolutely dominated play and hardly gave Oxley a sniff, a further 2 goals were scored by Mitchell Brooks,another hatrick and sitting on 29 for an unbeliveable season,every player played their part in this win,we kept our shape all the defenders did exactly what we had done in training and nearly every attack was broken down,once again i would like to say well done to the lads,a catch up game and then to the finals,do not bet against this team as they are even surprising me at times.
