Under 12C Vs Kenmore (Q-Final)

Western Spirit 1 Kenmore 0- Not a game for the faint hearted, it was a typical finals game, with both teams playing to win, Kenmore had the ball in the net first with a very good move and finish, but it was rightly ruled offside, our boys put in another amazing display and we were constantly attacking Kenmore, their keeper had a fantastic game and kept out a few of our shots, but we kept on at them and just as it was looking like going to extra time we pulled off a great move, the keeper saved our shot but made his first mistake of the game by spilling the ball, Mitchell Brooks who has scored so many important goals took the ball from the keeper and hit the back of the net, number 30 in an incredible season, i would like to thank Kenmore for a great game, they have improved so much this season, i had a talk with their coach afterwards and he was full of praise for our lads, we now await either Oxley or Colleges for a place in the Grand Final, and we are more than up for the challenge, well done to all the boys, LETS GO SPIRIT!!!!!!!!
