U11 Div 1 V Taringa

The boys had a big test this week playing the top team Taringa and I'm pleased to say came threw it with flying colours winning 1-0. After pushing for most of the first half and having at least 3 shots brilliantly saved by the Taringa keeper. The boys came out after half time and Zach scored with his left foot from a low hard cross by Jordan.

Another tough test this coming weekend playing away at Lions but I have no doubt that if we play the same way that we played against Taringa that we'll come away with the points.

It is becoming clearer that race for Div 1 will be between Kenmore, Taringa, Lions and ourselves, with Knights being the dark horses.
