U11 Div 1 v Taragindi 24/5

Back to business as usual for the boys this week with a good 6-1 win against Taragindi.

There was some interest as to whether the loss last week, a key player suddenly leaving and a couple of players not 100% healthy would knock the wind from the team's sails but to their credit they not only beat taragindi but did better than the last time they played them during the Grading rounds where we won 3-1.

Goal scorers were Lukas (3), Zach (2) and Jordan.

Lots of work needs to be done this week though as, yet again, we conceded a really soft goal from the defence not reacting to a miss kick from Jordy the keeper.
