Hello and welcome to the Western Spirit Forum.
I have created this to improve the communications between myself, the committee, the coaches and managers, and create a sense of communitee. This club is not just about me nor just about the committee but also the 39 sets of coaching staff that make up the club.
On this forum will be up-to-date announcements of changes to club policy, updates on procedures and any dates that may be of importance. Also I want to create a forum for airing suggestions for the future of the club and give everyone a chance to let everyone else how their team is going. It can be also a way for coaches to harness the considerable experience that other coaches in this club have and therefore solve any problems that can come up in a team from time to time.
Bottom line, this forum is for you.
